| The solemn and sober arhcs scan the rhythm
of a white and ochre architecture made of
stone and tufa against the blue sky and the
green secular olive trees. The Tenuta is
located within a garden of sumptuous meadows
and Mediterranean undergrowth, it offers
its guests well-lit, elegant rooms furnished
in excellent taste close to nature and its
art beauties. The hall is divided by the
visible stone columns and made comfortable
by its pastel colour walls. The restaurant
has been made in a warm and balanced room
that links the geometric brightness to the
fascination of an ancient style.The cuisine
is inspired to the culture of the territory
with the wise performance of tradition and
research, history and seductions, study of
the local tastes tied to original and new
combinations into a surprising synthesis.
The large windows of the reception room that
open above the park degrade towrads the olive
trees and the horizons of the Murgia hills.
The insides propose the fine and sober charm
of an antique residence completed by the
magnificent silverware, linen and porcelains.
On the upper floor there is the large congress
room with dark fir wood truss and the superb
